Section 51G
Prohibition On Employing Land Fixed For Any One Use In Another Use
(1) In an area where the land-use program is operated pursuant to this Act, no person shall employ a land fixed for any one use in another use without obtaining approval of the prescribed committee. (2) Provisions on granting approval pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
